We intend to leverage our Luck Real Estate Ventures business to develop and install developed pads to recruit additional businesses to the property and incorporate a community-benefit component (such as trails, ball fields, picnic areas, etc.). These areas will be surrounded by contoured berms and manicured landscaping. Deeper in the property and not visible from adjoining properties, Luck Companies has proposed our Luck Stone business for the production of locally-sourced aggregate.
